The Royal Institute of Management provided a 3-day pilot GPP course from June 5-8, 2017 to 35 students who are currently pursuing the Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management. The curriculum content, which is designed to be taught over a course of 13 weeks, will be included in the upcoming academic session at RIM.

The GPP course at RIM is a part of the long-term strategy to embed GPP knowledge in Bhutan and build capacity of Bhutanese procurers to procure green. In addition to the 13-week course, RIM plans to offer Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM) course and tailor-made training on GPP to interested individuals from government, civil society and private sectors.
